“Rare INdiana Finds” Exhibit opens January 2018

More than 90 photos were entered in the “Rare INdiana Finds” Instagram Photo Contest. Fifteen of those photos have been chosen for an exhibit that will open in January at Kennedy Library in Muncie.

Participants were asked to snap a photo of something in nature they don’t see every day. It could be at a park, in your backyard, or on a downtown sidewalk. Perhaps it’s an animal, minuscule or mammoth. Maybe it’s a towering tree or tiny flower. Rare, in this case, is in the eye of the Instagram user! 

An opening reception is set for 3-5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, at Kennedy Library.

Entering is Easy!

Step 1

Upload a photo to your personal Instagram account

Caption your image and include #RareINdiana and #WIPB. 

Include a brief write-up (2-5 sentences) in your caption telling us how your entry relates to the theme and why it’s personally significant to you.
