WIPB-TV is kicking off a new project in 2016! Called “Now Entering…” the program will celebrate small towns in our viewing area.

And what better way to celebrate these towns then by letting the community members tell the stories! Yes, they will be filming and narrating the stories that make their town unique.

Our first featured town will be Portland and we can’t wait to see this town’s stories unfold.

A public meeting for Portland area residents will be 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, at Jay County Hospital. All those interested in participating in the project should attend.
