Weight Loss Dos and Don’ts

If you put on weight during the pandemic, you are not alone.  A change in routines over the past couple of years may have led to more stress, a change in activity level, and eating habits. A lot of you are now working towards losing that excess weight and getting back to leading a healthy life. With fad diets and uncertain advice, it can be hard to know what’s effective and right for you. It’s important to ensure that weight loss happens in a safe, healthy way and doesn’t impact your body negatively.
